The Curious and Strangely "Cultish" World of Pin-Up and Glamour Art

Edwin Georgi (1896 – 1964), American painter, illustrator, self-taught. The pilot of the First World War. More than anything known in the advertising of cigarettes 1940-1960 period. Edwin Georgi was also a recorded song writer. On the reverse of this study was some music and lyrics he jotted down. The study appears to be for Redbook, “Narrow Margin.”
